1.1 Agreement to These Terms

By accessing the d9xkf website at d9xkf.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the d9xkf platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, Darts, Lucky Gods Fishing, and live casino services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using the d9xkf platform and close your account. Your continued use of d9xkf constitutes irrevocable acceptance of these terms.

1.2 Governing Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and d9xkf governing your use of the platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any other communication or promotional material, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

1.3 Language of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. d9xkf serves the Bangladesh market and all formal communications, account notices, dispute notifications, and policy updates will be issued in English. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the English-language content of this agreement before using the platform.

1.4 Updates and Amendments

d9xkf reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, platform features, or operational requirements. When material changes are made, d9xkf will post a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Players who continue to use d9xkf following any such update are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. If you disagree with an amendment, you must stop using d9xkf and close your account before the revised terms take effect.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with d9xkf, to make any deposit, to claim any bonus, or to place any wager on the platform. This requirement applies to all players regardless of their location within Bangladesh. By registering, you explicitly confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

2.2 Age Verification

d9xkf reserves the right to request identity and age verification documentation from any player at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or following any suspicious activity. Acceptable verification documents include:

Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an individual aged 18 or above will be suspended immediately. Any funds within such an account — excluding any bonus amounts — will be held pending verification. Bonus funds in unverified or underage accounts are forfeited in full.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

d9xkf is operated and marketed primarily for adult players residing in Bangladesh, including all eight administrative divisions: Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Sylhet, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. 2.4 One Account Per Individual

Each individual player may hold exactly one registered account with d9xkf. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where d9xkf identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same player — based on matching personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or other identifiers — all accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and bonus winnings will be forfeited. d9xkf's determination in such cases is final.

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 Accuracy of Personal Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your d9xkf account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. d9xkf will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact d9xkf support immediately via in-app live chat or by email at [email protected] (plain text contact only — this address is not a clickable link).

3.4 Account Ownership and Transferability

d9xkf accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any funds held within it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in the immediate closure of the account and the forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

3.5 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. d9xkf reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to accounts that remain dormant beyond this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. d9xkf will make reasonable efforts to reunite players with dormant account balances where a valid verified identity can be established.

4.1 Account Currency

All d9xkf accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are processed in BDT. Players depositing via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket will not be subject to currency conversion charges, as these transactions occur natively in BDT. For card transactions via Visa or Mastercard issued by banks outside Bangladesh, the player's card issuer may apply foreign exchange conversion at their standard rate; d9xkf accepts no responsibility for such charges.

4.2 Accepted Deposit Methods

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals at d9xkf are subject to identity verification and will be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit where technically possible. d9xkf reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are displayed transparently within the d9xkf account dashboard at the point of request.

4.4 Own Funds Only

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and are obtained through legal means. d9xkf will not knowingly process deposits or withdrawals that involve funds of criminal origin. d9xkf cooperates fully with any lawful request from competent authorities regarding the source of funds held in player accounts. Players suspected of depositing funds from illegal sources will have their accounts suspended immediately and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4.5 Refused or Reversed Transactions

d9xkf reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction at its sole discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, terms violation, or technical error. Where a deposit is reversed, any associated bonus funds will be forfeited. d9xkf will make reasonable efforts to communicate the reason for a refused transaction where disclosure does not compromise any investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by d9xkf are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, game restrictions, and expiry timeframes. These individual promotion terms are communicated at the point of claiming the offer and are in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where any conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to a d9xkf account are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

d9xkf operates a strict anti-abuse policy. 5.4 Promotional Offers for Bangladesh Players

These promotions are available only to verified, active d9xkf accounts. 6.1 Game Outcomes

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, d9xkf will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle the outcome on the basis of the reconstructed data. Where a reliable reconstruction is not possible, d9xkf reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the player's account. d9xkf accepts no liability for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.4 Responsible Gambling During Gameplay

Players are reminded that casino games and sports betting are forms of entertainment with a house edge or margin built into outcomes. 7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the d9xkf platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an account while under the age of 18
• Opening more than one account per individual
• Using false, stolen, or another person's identity during registration or verification
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal, criminal, or fraudulent means
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not authorised by d9xkf
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a way that provides an unfair advantage — players who discover such issues are required to report them to d9xkf support immediately

7.2 Fraud and Money Laundering

d9xkf maintains robust anti-fraud and anti-money laundering (AML) controls. All accounts and transactions are subject to ongoing monitoring. Where suspicious activity is detected, d9xkf reserves the right to freeze account funds, suspend the account, and report the activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder. Cooperation with any such investigation is mandatory under these Terms & Conditions.

7.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where d9xkf determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, the following consequences may apply individually or in combination: immediate account suspension or permanent closure; forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom; withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation; recovery of any amounts already withdrawn that were generated through prohibited conduct; and referral of the matter to law enforcement or competent authorities in Bangladesh.

8.1 Suspension by d9xkf

d9xkf reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time and without prior notice where there is a reasonable basis to believe that: the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; the account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes; the account holder's identity or age cannot be verified to d9xkf's satisfaction; or d9xkf is required to do so by any lawful instruction from a competent authority. During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets, or withdraw funds.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their d9xkf account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support via in-app live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a link). Before requesting closure, players should ensure that all pending withdrawals have been processed and that any active bonuses have been settled. d9xkf will make reasonable efforts to process the closure and return any verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is causing them harm may apply for self-exclusion through their d9xkf account settings or by contacting support directly. 8.4 Effect of Closure on Balances

Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Bonus balances and any wagering requirement progress will be forfeited upon closure. Where an account is closed by d9xkf due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, d9xkf may withhold some or all of the account balance in accordance with the circumstances of the breach.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, d9xkf shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the use of — or inability to use — the d9xkf platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. d9xkf's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the funds held in that player's d9xkf account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any matter which cannot be excluded by applicable law.

8.6 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the d9xkf platform's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising under these Terms & Conditions which cannot be resolved through d9xkf's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English.
